REGIONALIZATION IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT ENGLISH LESSONS IN A SECONDARY SCHOOL IN ARKHANGELSK
Abstract. The article focuses attention on the use of regionalization on the school level of education. It describes the features and the necessity of its use in the process of education and upbringing of school children. The article also presents the experience of using trans-boundary Russian-Scandinavian North-oriented complex of English lessons at school in Arkhangelsk.

Abstract. The problem of the absence of well-organized social emotions Analysis of the psychological and pedagogical features, typical for 6-7 year old children with visual impairment. Identified and justified the need for an integrated approach for implementing the objectives of social development. On the basis of the research conducted by the author revealed the level of development of empathy among students of profile for teaching children with special needs.

Abstract. In recent years general and special education in Russia has become increasingly oriented on the fullest development of the personality of the younger generation. Successful socialization is largely determined by the formation of a harmonious and timely emotional-volitional person.

NORTH POVERTY: SPECIFIC MANIFESTATIONS
AND COPING MECHANISMS
Abstract. The summary of theoretical approaches in learning the phenomenon of russian poverty was made in the article. There are adduced the positions of some sociologist about the wherefore and consequences of low welfare in Russia and abroad. The outstanding characteristics of the destitute families which are living in the facilities of North town, located in the well-being part or Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area were based on self made sociological researches and the control mechanism to overcome poverty in Noyabrsk was presented.

NORTHERN TERRITORIES OF RUSSIA AND NORWAY AND THEIR ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEWEST SOCIAL-HUMANITARIAN POLICY
Abstract. The article is devoted to analysis of the processes of transformation in social policy in Russia within the example of the European North of the country in crucial 1990–2010s. The special attention is turned on activating of international contacts, an exchange of experience and rendering of support in various directions of so- cially-humanitarian sphere between the North Russia and Norway that are having a common boundary. In this article possibilities of development of mutual relations and deeper knowledge of social policy between the various states are shown, which steels to develop in many respects thanks to occurrence of the Barents Euro-Arctic Region and to aspiration to the international integration of those organisations, establishments and experts which are engaged in social activity.

URBANIZATION AND ENVIRONMENT IN THE NORTH ECONOMIC
REGION OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Annotation. The article is represented the results of urban and environmental characteristics of North economic region of Russian Federation. The main urban characteristics are the number of all and urban population, the level of urbanization, the number and share of population lived in more than 0,1 million people cities. The main regional environmental characteristics are the volume and share of atmosphere pollution from industry and automobile transport in the region and in the cities, also the socio-ecologic indicators.
